≈ 1320 gyellow onions, thinly sliced
kosher salt, to taste
≈ 27 ggarlic, thinly sliced
black pepper, to taste, freshly ground
≈ 2730 glarge tomatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
kosher salt (a generous pinch), to taste
sugar, if the tomatoes are sharp, to taste
