• 1chipotles in adobo
• ½ cupfresh water, for blending

Chili

• 2 slicesbacon
• 2 lbbeef chuck roast
• ½onion
• 3 clovesgarlic
• ½ cupbrewed coffee
• 6 fl ozbeer
• 1 cupwater
• ½ tbspground cumin
• ¼ tspground cinnamon
• ¼ tspground cloves
• ¼ tspground allspice
• ½ tspground coriander
• ¼ tspcayenne
• salt
• ⅛ cupmasa harina
• ⅛Mexican hot chocolate tablet
• grated cheddar, to serve
• chopped onion, to serve
• warm tortillas, to serve
