• 7.5 ggarlic (about 3 large cloves)
• 2.5 mlcapers
• ½ filletanchovy fillet in oil
• 5 gmixed soft herbs (parsley, dill, chives, basil or tarragon)
• ⅛green chilli

• 30 gplain flour
• salt and black pepper, for the flour
• 1 ½medium eggs
• pinch of salt, for the eggs
• 40 gpanko breadcrumbs
